Scholarships

For decades, Hibbing Community College has linked students to a brighter future, from traditional students who enroll directly from high school to transfer and non-traditional students who seek resources to broaden their education.

Scholarship support from the Hibbing Community College Foundation makes higher education and training affordable and accessible and is key to high need, high potential students achieving academic excellence.

Give a scholarship

By establishing a scholarship, you impact an HCC student directly and immediately. Scholarships can be made by individuals, businesses or organizations. They can be named in honor or in memory of someone. Most importantly, they make a difference for todays learners  who are tomorrows leaders.

Endowed scholarships

HCCF currently distributes 15 endowed scholarships. A minimum of $10,000 is required to endow an annual scholarship of $500.

Endowed scholarships are awarded in these academic disciplines:

Administrative Professional

Annual scholarships

These continuing scholarships are supported with funds provided annually from donors who can specify the scholarship amount, number of scholarships awarded, qualification criteria, and scholarship name.

Contact HCCF board member David Hohl at 218-362-6680 to discuss opportunities for establishing a scholarship.
